1. Delivery Timelines
Our goal is to get your goods to their destination as safely and quickly as possible. Estimated delivery windows vary by service type:

2. Real-Time Tracking
Once your shipment is picked up, you will receive a unique Tracking ID via email and SMS. You can monitor the progress of your shipment 24/7 through our web dashboard. Tracking data is updated at every major waypoint, from pickup to final dispatch.
3. Service Zones
We currently operate across all major commercial zones in Nigeria. Remote or restricted access locations (e.g., military zones or highly rural areas) may require a surcharge or central point pickup.
4. Delivery Verification
To ensure secure delivery, our riders require a **Proof of Delivery (POD)**. This may include:
- Digital signature on the rider's app.
- A one-time password (OTP) sent to the recipient's phone.
- Physical signature on the Waybill.
5. Failed Deliveries
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:
- Our rider will make two (2) additional attempts within 48 hours.
- After three failed attempts, the shipment will be returned to our nearest warehouse.
- Re-dispatching a returned shipment may incur a secondary shipping fee.
