Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our logistics platform. By booking a shipment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services Provided
Our company provides freight forwarding, last-mile delivery, and supply chain management services. We act as an intermediary or carrier to facilitate the movement of goods from point A to point B. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that does not comply with safety standards.
2. Customer Obligations
The customer (Shipper) is responsible for:
- Providing accurate delivery addresses and contact information.
- Ensuring goods are packaged securely to withstand normal handling.
- Declaring the correct weight and value of the items.
- Ensuring the recipient is available to receive the goods at the scheduled time.
3. Prohibited Items
We do not transport the following items under any circumstances:
- ❌ Explosives or Firearms
- ❌ Illegal Drugs/Narcotics
- ❌ Perishable goods (unless specified)
- ❌ Hazardous Waste
- ❌ Counterfeit Currency
- ❌ High-Value Bullion/Jewelry
4. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for loss or damage is strictly limited to the declared value of the goods or a set maximum per kilogram, whichever is lower. We are not liable for:
- Losses caused by Force Majeure (weather, strikes, war).
- Indirect or consequential losses (loss of profit/business).
- Damage caused by insufficient packaging by the shipper.
5. Claims & Refunds
All claims for damage must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Proof of damage (photos/videos) and the original airway bill must be provided. Refund requests for delayed deliveries are subject to our service level guarantee.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these services shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
